In order to keep the Registry up to date with the introduction of pharmacotherapy for FAP, we modified our report forms and included some questions regarding medical treatment (December 2015)
The FAPWTR and DLTR are closed for reporting but if anyone is interested in what data the registries collected the forms are possible to download
